I also realized I needed some pavers re-cemented and a packed concrete path leveled. He gave me a quote that morning, and performed the work that afternoon. The result was great.

  Carlos is not reliable. He requests information but you did get a follow up or follow through. After weeks, he will send an email and say let's get started.

When you... read more give him the details he requests, you do not hear back. He then out of the blue makes the same request.

I finally gave up on him totally. S as a business owner, I'd be out of business if I was as unreliable and unresponsive as Carlos.
